Facilities and Capacities
The elegant and modern Fenwick-Ames suite is licensed for civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 120 guests for your ceremony and 250 for the evening reception. This light and spacious wedding suite offers contemporary neutral furnishings that can be decorated according to your theme and style. The Fenwick-Ames suite also overlooks the greenery of Aldwickbury Park Golf Club, providing scenic views of the surroundings. This room boasts a private wedding terrace which allows for the perfect scenic photo location and a drinks reception.

We recently had our wedding at Aldwickbury Park Golf Club and was so happy that we definitely made the best choice with venue.
From looking round the venue, to booking, to having our 6 + 1 month meetings and all my many questions in-between they were brilliant. When I dropped off some decor the day before, they made everything so stress-free. On the morning when I arrived they even came out to double check everything was set up correctly, you could tell how much they cared.
The venue was so clean, well kept and you get the ceremony room, breakfast room + the terrace to yourself and your guests which we loved as a few venues we looked at had other weddings on at the same time which just wasn't for us. We really felt special we were the only wedding that day. The grounds were perfect for photos too. We used Lewis (Pho2U) and was the best decision, he was perfect. The venue and Lewis worked hand in hand together it was amazing.
The package we chose was fantastic value for money, the food delicious (so many guests commented this too) and everyone there helped make our day every bit as amazing and special as we could have hoped for.
Special mention to Paige, Lisa, Maddie, Saffron + Liz. But every staff member on the day was amazing.

Our happy ever after

From the day we booked our wedding the staff were really helpful and friendly. Whenever we would call or email they were quick to respond to make us feel at ease. The day of the wedding ran very smoothly and efficiently. The staff were all so welcoming to us and our guests throughout the day. Would highly recommend this as a wedding venue.

Beautiful Location and Amazing Staff
We had our October wedding at Aldwickbury Park, and it quite honestly was the best choice we could have made. Holly, Mimi and Charlotte were amazing in helping us plan our day, no question was to small or request too much. When we had to change out initial date due to Covid, they kept in contact, making sure we were up to date with their procedures and changes, and were able to fit us in on a date nearly exactly a year after our initial choice. The pre-wedding meetings were friendly, at times that suited us, and made sure to go through every aspect we could possibly have thought of. On the day all the staff were so helpful, and Alice, Connor and Bobby made our day run as smoothly as possible. The venue was perfect, with lovely decorations inside and amazing locations outside for photographs. The package we chose was fantastic value for money, the food delicious and everyone there helped make our day every bit as amazing and special as we could have hoped for.

The gave us the perfect day !
The service provided from start to finish was exceptional. It wasn’t easy for them having to change everything in a pandemic and with the restrictions suddenly not easing on 21st June we had just over a week to adapt, and they smashed it. Nothing was ever too much trouble, we were welcomed to have the day how we wanted and didn’t have to stick to packages, although the packages they offer are also great.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would, they were the best!
Service was excellent, food was yummy and the DJ the provided was brilliant. Thank you to all the team we wouldn’t of changed a thing xx

Wedding day
We had our wedding day and service at this venue and it was so amazing. We had the best day of our lives thanks to the professional manner that all the staff worked together in. A big thank you to Lisa . Paige and Jacob who made everything happen on the day. The food was also amazing and the whole day went superb.

We couldn’t be happier with how are wedding was we had the best day, and in regards to food and allergies they were so helpful and understanding. Such a lovely experience and some lovely places to have some great photos

Amazing wedding
We got married at Aldwickbury park on August 2022. From the moment we first visited and met hollie we knew we had found the right place for us have our wedding.
The packages they offer are excellent and ours included the photographer and a DJ. This made everything so easy. We were able to meet them all at the wedding fairs and other recommended suppliers like kh music box who played at our ceremony.
On the day Ali was managing our wedding and was amazing and worked so hard, she even offered me some of her own shoes when my wedding shoes were hurting a lot! The bar staff were friendly and efficient. Our guests are still talking about the roast carvery and how nice it was and how much of it you could have!
The golf course is beautiful and friendly it is genuinely a lovely place to get married. It’s not super expensive or a wedding factory like some hotels. The team who work there want to make your day special and they don’t push extras on you or try and over charge for everything, just genuine service. For us it was perfect.

The grounds provided us with the relaxed atmosphere for our guests to celebrate with is . The venue organisers are exceptional with all our queries and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely perfect venue for our wedding
Aldwickbury offered a great package for our wedding ensuring good value, but ultimately a stress-free, well-organised event. The staff knew exactly what they were doing and offered a first class service from start to finish.
The venue is set on stunning grounds with great views, and the space was perfect for our 90 seated guests who all complimented the meal, including the consideration for specific dietary requests.
Staff were extremely helpful and professional working alongside our personal suppliers to create a seamless experience. We were absolutely blown away with the set-up and highly recommend this venue.
We cannot thank them enough for our perfect day.

Fantastic Wedding day at Aldwickbury
We finally had our wedding day on 12th March 22 after postponing a year due to covid restrictions. From day one the team were great at looking after us. Holly and Mimi looked after us and did a great job sorting out what we wanted on the day. The actual day went so smoothly due to the organisation and the team on the day looking after us. Everything came together so well and we had the perfect day. We can't thank everyone enough and wish we could do it all over again.

Our wedding 24th October 2021
Myself and my husband booked our wedding in 2018 for a 2020 wedding day at aldwickbury golf club,from the very start Holly was fantastic,she made us feel at ease and like nothing was to much trouble,unfortunately due to covid we had to change our wedding date a further 2times with no trouble at all!
We had a number of meetings with the lovely Mimi who worked with us the whole time,we had a lot of changes but it was never an issue for her,and made us feel completely at ease and toke a lot of our stress and worry’s away.
On the day of the wedding the whole team were amazing,from setting up,to helping with our personal touches,to making us feel comfortable,a massive thank you to Bobby for looking after the groom throughout the day,and also to alice for looking after me (the bride) and for making sure my dress was perfect for all the photos 😊 the food was gorgeous and got a lot of compliments!
Lewis from pho2u was our photographer,and what a guy he was,he was amazing from start to finish,and all the guests loved him and his friendly/funny approach,we couldn’t recommend a better photographer to have.
The events team who toke over in the evening were also amazing and accommodating!
I couldn’t of wished for a better day and that’s thanks to aldwickbury golf club and the ENTIRE team!

Our perfect day
We got married at Aldwickbury, and can not praise the staff highly enough. We were supported all through our planning process, even through a pandemic there was always someone available for us. Even when our plans had to change, they were on hand to help us as much as possible.
On our wedding day, nothing was to much trouble for them, and they all made sure our day was as perfect as the setting.

Fantastic venue and great people
We had the most beautiful wedding day here. The team at Aldwickbury are fantastic from concepts, coordination, decoration to service. From the start of the day all the way through until evening everything was covered with the utmost precision and thought with friendly and professional staff. We felt very comfortable and at ease with guests and timings of the day ran very smoothly.
We especially enjoyed the grounds of the golf club and was able to use a golf cart to venture out onto the course for some romantic photographs, which was a lovely unexpected addition.. The lake with the water feature is a particularly beautiful spot with natural surroundings. Special thanks to Holly, Mimi, Alice and Connor, you are wonderful!

Amazing from start to finish
Everyone at Aldwickbury were absolutely fantastic from the day we viewed it as a potential venue all the way to the day after the wedding! It is also such a beautiful venue and I’m so happy we were able to have our perfect day here.
Holly was our main wedding contact, she was so understanding through covid postponements and also personal circumstances and did her best to help us rearrange everything! Holly made some much time for us to get all the details absolutely perfect and the teams attention to detail was fantastic. She was amazing, professional and so friendly.
On the day Bobby was also absolutely fantastic in helping us run the day so smoothly, it was like magic honestly! Whatever we needed, it would just happen and I felt so relaxed as a result. Mimi was also there and she also took care of so much for us.
Not only was everything perfect in the organisation but the food from the chef was delicious! All of my guests commented on how lovely the food was and how everything came out hot and cooked to perfection!
I cannot recommend this venue enough for your wedding day, you definitely won’t regret it!
