Just thirty minutes from London but feels a million miles away, Botleys Mansion is a Surrey wedding house with a mysterious royal past and is exclusively yours for 24 hours. Your first glimpse of this Palladian house is as you turn onto the leafy private driveway. Immediately, you’re in awe of its presence and can’t wait to get inside. A classic stone staircase leads you up to the hall, where a glittering chandelier lights up the tall ceiling.
Botleys Mansion has limited availability dry-hire dates for 2023 currently available.
Facilities and Capacity
With capacities ranging from 60 to 500 across various rooms in the house, there are multiple spaces for your wedding ceremony and reception.
The first room to catch your eye is the Green Room; intimate and romantic; you will fall in love with the pastel tones and golden chandeliers; this space is perfect for ceremonies up to 130.
If you’re looking for something a little more contemporary, the glass-roofed Atrium can host up to 288 guests. Complimented by a sweeping staircase and 7 chandeliers, this room lends itself to the most stylish of celebrations.
Outside of the mansion, the parkland views make the perfect backdrop for your summer nuptials, followed by bottomless Pimms or Prosecco around the fountain whilst you have your photographs taken.

Accommodation
The mansion’s beautiful bridal suite is one of 11 elegant bedrooms for hosting family and friends, and stories of the night before are recounted over breakfast together, served in the Drawing Room the next morning. With a long history of planning and hosting exquisite celebrations, the day you dream of is in the best of hands at Botleys Mansion.
Visiting Botleys Mansion
Websites and brochures are all very well, but we all know that nothing beats meeting in real life to know whether you’ve found the one. We host several weekend Open Houses at each house, each month, so that couples can visit for a tour, a chat, and a glass of something celebratory.

Very Positive Experience and Happy Memories
The planning process is smooth and seamless and they make sure that not detail is forgotten And the on the day wedding management and staff were great!
Overall we both had such a special day and will always hold fond memories of botleys - looking forward to coming back and visit the grounds on our first anniversary next year :)

AmaZing venue, don’t let them rush you
Reassuring and genuine team, set in a stunning venue
On the day, being greeted my Maxine outside, almost all of my apprehension went away. She gave me the most reassuring, genuine and excited welcome, which was the start of how consistently looked after we felt through the whole day. I never felt bothered by staff but completely relaxed that everything was being thought of according the planner and meetings we'd had, and we could just be guided to where we needed to be. They had an amazing knack of always being there when we needed them, I can only apologise for not remembering the manager in the evenings name as I was having too much fun and everything was still going perfectly.
I would fully recommend the sparkly dance floor in the evening, it was like dancing under the stars where it reflected on the atrium roof.
The food was brilliant and complimented on by our guests (in particular the croque monsieur canapé.) The breakfast was a little underwhelming for the price but it did not change the experience or would have changed our mind on picking Botleys.
Overall we can’t thank Botleys enough for making the whole experience incredibly special for us and our families. It is a stunning venue but the people involved in the lead up and the day really make it complete.

Amazing day!
The waiting and bar staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The venue managers were so helpful without being intrusive at all and we really appreciated them being on hand all day.
We’ve had so many comments about how beautiful the venue was and especially how good the food was which means so much to us, so thank you to the kitchen staff for that!
It was just the best day we could have asked for!

The most perfect wedding venue
We just wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for our wedding day on Thursday.
The whole day ran so smoothly, it really was a dream come true.
Maddie and Anne have been fantastic throughout the planning process.
Nothing was too much trouble, including all the last minute changes after the planner was locked. Thank you so much.
To the lovely ladies ( I’m so sorry the nerves of the morning have made me forgot names) who met me in the reception and were constantly checking every detail was perfect, as a bride could not have asked for anything more.
And a special mention to Guy. You met us when we first viewed Botleys Mansion and were the last person I spoke to on the wedding day. You are a true gentleman and the day could not have gone as it did without you. We cannot thank you enough. You are a credit to a Botleys mansion.
The food and wine were fantastic and all bar and waiting staff were great. All of our guests were blown away by the venue and day.
