Hi, I’m Kelvin aka DJ Kellz. I’m not a ‘wedding DJ’ but a seasoned club DJ at your wedding. You can expect an energetic and skilfully mixed DJ set to entertain your guests. My set up is simple and chic - no school disco lights or star clothed DJ booth to hide behind! My record decks are on view so your guests can enjoy the show.

Experience

It surprises me to see so many wedding DJs not actually mixing or enjoying their craft - many do the same thing with the same set up - so I decided to offer my services to the wedding industry. I founded the business with the mission to provide memorable performances for special events. Along with being a former club owner, my career includes DJing for a variety of venues around the United Kingdom, Europe, America and Brazil. With me at your wedding, you will experience the the kind of DJ seen at top London clubs or festivals.

Services Offered

As an open format DJ, I take pride in my expansive collection of music from a wide range of genres. With an initial consultation, we can meet to discuss your ideal wedding music. From there, I will curate a bespoke entertainment package to accommodate your unique needs. I am also very happy to provide PA and music for your ceremony, dinner service and evening festivities.

I cover most genres, but I am always up for a challenge with anything outside of our comfort zone. You can also send me some music to download and include in my set

Yes, depends on the distance and whether I will be getting a hotel etc. Please contact me for a specific quotation

What is the length of time of the act?

Typically a 5 hour DJ set. But I can provide my services all day if needed

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

I can be up and running with a few hours notice - but at 2 days will be the usual I ask from most bookings

The dancefloor was full all night!

We could not have been happier with choosing BPM events as our wedding DJ. Kelvin kept the dance floor full all night and we had multiple people comment on how awesome his music was. He was a great communicator before the event and just a lovey guy to deal with. We were so grateful that he offered to stay an extra hour as the party was not ready to end! If you’re looking for a wedding dj that isn’t a typical cheesy DJ then Kelvin is your guy. I’d recommend him to everyone! Thanks again Kelvin. Hannah & Alex

A Real Pro

Amazing! Highly recommend!

Kelvin is an INCREDIBLE DJ! He performed at our wedding and read the crowd perfectly to play an absolutely stonking mix of tunes which kept us glued to the dancefloor the whole night. I was waiting for one rubbish tune to nip to the loo and it just never came! Loads of our guests commented on how great the party was. We couldn’t be happier with his set. And he’s a proper nice guy too!

Incredible DJ

Kelvin was incredible! We had the best night ever and he didn’t get a song wrong he had everyone up dancing all night, he is a great DJ and really knows how to read the crowd!

Amazing set, everyone dancing and great to work with

A HUGE thank you to Kelvin for his work at our wedding! Especially with the last minute requests and braving the equipment in the wet weather.

Kelvin’s set was amazing and he had the place jumping. It could not have been better and was exactly what we wanted. We had the best time dancing and the best day.

So many people came up to us shouting the “the DJ is SICK!!”

Exactly what we were looking for

My wife and I have quite different tastes to a lot of our wedding guests. After our first virtual meeting with Kelvin, we knew that he was the perfect DJ for us. We loved the fact that he is not your typical cheesy wedding DJ. We gave him a brief of what we were looking for and he completely exceeded our expectations. Both my wife and I, as well as all our guests, loved every minute of his set. Despite being one of the hottest days of the year, we had guests who didn’t leave the dance floor all night.

Music and performance aside, Kelvin was really professional and likeable throughout the process and understood what we were after with minimal instruction and then brought it to life.

My wife and I would not hesitate to book Kelvin again, should we have an event in the future requiring a DJ.

Night time partying!

We knew people wanted to let loose and it looked like they did! Our guests bust out their best moves. He got most of them up and on the dancefloor. Never lost the crowd leaving an empty space to worry about. So many people were full of praise for Kelvin and said he did a magnificent job. Many guests said he was awesome on the night and the music was on point.

Kelvin was not familiar with Mauritian sega music, but all we had to do was get some to him before the wedding and he mixed it in the set perfectly. He also provided uplighting at an additional cost.

So nice to see his IG and our wedding from our DJ's perspective! Even the venue liked it, so they must consent to all social media posts now.

Thanks to Kelvin for making it a night to remember. We were very thankful to him for being our DJ and doing an amazing job. He kept the energy up and the good vibes going.

Also, he let a bridesmaid immediately know when they were trying to end at midnight (after we paid for the extension!). Thanks to his quick thinking major crisis and anger was averted.

The best dj!

Best Wedding DJ I've ever come across

Kelvin - what can I say, you were incredible and made our day so special.
Kelvin was there all day and everything was spot on from pre-ceremony to the final song.
He was very professional before the wedding, ensuring he knew what we wanted on the day and asked us all the right questions.
Everyone spoke so highly of Kelvin and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Hands down, the best DJ I've seen at any wedding I've been too!

Exactly what we wanted

Kelvin was perfect. He played the songs we requested and also played music that suited our varied guests. We have a lot of friends with different tastes, so this can’t have been easy! Kelvin did it brilliantly and everyone kept saying to us how much they enjoyed the music. It really helped to make our special day end with a bang.

Great entertainment!

Kelvin was the perfect wedding DJ - providing great entertainment through properly mixed sets, and is a lovely friendly guy. Very helpful and great communication. Setup on the day was all to plan, and basically invisible after great coordination with the venue. Classy looking equipment that wasn't invasive and looked top notch. Thanks Kelvin!

Amazing DJ

Kelvin made our night! He played great songs and kept the party going - the dancefloor was packed until the end of the night and noone wanted to leave! He also went above and beyond to get some Bollywood songs on our playlist. Thank you!!

A proper DJ who knows how to mix!

Dj Kelvin is the real deal, he is so much more than your traditional wedding DJ, he can mix, scratch and knows how to chose the right songs for the right crowd.
His gear is top notch, great sounding speakers, amazing lights, he even hired in a haze machine to make it look and feel even more special.
He read the room perfectly, banger after banger, no cheese, no comedy songs and no duds!

Excellent, friendly communication put us at ease during the planning and he arrived on time, got set up quickly and quietly and was ready to get the party started bang on time.

Quite a few people commented on how good he was, and wanted to know how we found a proper DJ and not a wedding DJ who just has a standard playlist, he is really really that good!

Hire him, make your wedding a proper party!

Incredible!

The music was the absolute highlight of the wedding, Kelvin was fantastic. Four months later guests still talk to us about how incredible the music, and the mixing was. I don't think I actually left the dancefloor when the music started. We are already thinking about parties where Kelvin can DJ for us!
