Having been to see a few venues, we found everything so commercial that could fit over 150 people and had just about decided we would try and do something at home. Then we came across Broadfield, walked in and chatted to Fran and the team, and it was immediately obvious this was the place and the people! The smoothest process of planning, brainstorming and running on the day - so many guests commented on what an incredible hidden gem Broadfield is and asked how we found it. The house is amazing, though the gardens equally so, we had a June wedding and spent almost all our time outside but inside is also gorgeous for a colder season! All the rooms and unique and beautiful too. Couldn’t recommend it as a venue and team highly enough .. we’ll probably rent it for a future anniversary party just to be able to spend more time there!

We fell in love with Broadfield immediately. It is about 5 venues in one - gorgeous house, beautiful grounds, secluded woodland, rustic barn, party bar... Fran, Alex and their team encouraged all of our crazy ideas and helped create the most special and personalised day for us. Having the exclusive use venue for a few days meant we could spend more time celebrating without ever feeling rushed. Every one of our guests was blown away - we cannot thank them enough.

Broadfield was the first venue we visited and the search for the perfect wedding venue was over. We instantly fell in love with the charming interior, and breathtaking grounds.

The wedding planning process was extremely smooth and stress free, Fran was very attentive, and talked us through our multiple options on how our wedding day could pan out. You can really tailor your wedding day to your unique style. We chose to have a woodland ceremony, drinks reception in the rose garden, and hired two tipis for the lawn which created a perfect space for dining & dancing, enjoying garden games and trips to the Broadfield bar for refreshments! The day ran like clockwork and the Broadfield team were always on hand if we needed anything.

Our guests were as much in awe of the venue as we were, and we received so many comments on how beautiful our wedding was. We stayed at Broadfield from Friday to Sunday which elongated our wedding to a whole weekend. We loved the fact we had accommodation for all of our immediate family and also our spaniels!

We recently had our wedding at Broadfield and we are so so glad we picked this venue! Frances and her team are exceptionally organised, super friendly and helpful and were an invaluable support to making the whole weekend a success. I cannot rate them highly enough!

The venue and its surroundings are beautiful, and all the natural greenery, flowers and trees complemented the autumnal theme of our wedding. We particularly loved the flexibility to bring in our own caterers, marquee, etc and to utilise the different spaces - e.g we held a more intimate ceremony just with family and the registrar at the cute outdoor summerhouse and turned the upstairs barn into a karaoke room for the main event!

The guests staying at the venue also loved the house - the rooms are stunning, a perfect balance of old and modern. Frances and team also organised fresh flowers throughout the house and prepared all the fireplaces for us.

The best decision I ever made in my whole life was finding and booking Broadfield Court for our wedding (well that and getting married to the man of my dreams of course).
I can’t believe we were lucky enough to find the most mesmerising, beautiful and magical place that is Broadfield.
I remember back in 2019 when I started viewing wedding venues with my mum. We visited 2 great ones and then I came across Broadfield. This place wasn’t just great. This place was the most wonderful, stunning and perfect wedding setting I’ve ever seen. As soon as I stepped foot into Broadfield I knew there was no way I was looking elsewhere. And when Tim came to visit he felt the same.
The place takes your breath away.
The massive and superb country house, the idyllic woodlands and the show stopping vast flawless grounds with the most magnificent views. The list is endless to describe how good this venue is. The county house really is so beautiful. The rooms are decorated to perfection. That country style with a modern twist.
We had around 160 guests and it was the perfect space for a large wedding but it would be just as perfect for smaller weddings too.
Frances and Alex are completely faultless venue hosts. They literally could not have done enough for us. I actually described Frances as my best friend during the whole wedding organising process. She was always there at the end of the phone and I was constantly texting her about any concerns or help with anything. She was always there for me. Due to covid we had to cancel twice and Frances and Alex were wonderful about it all. We ended up getting
married in July 2022 so 3 years after we originally booked and there was absolutely no problems and they made it so easy to rebook it 3 times.
The wait was well worth it.
They are so flexible with whatever your needs and they work so hard and well with all the suppliers to create your perfect day even suggesting suppliers if you need them. We had a beautiful marquee on the grounds and the freedom to use the whole space including the house. We had bands, a dj and even games on the grounds. If you’re feeling a bit lost and don’t know where to start don’t worry. They are there to help you! Even making suggesting and giving you ideas.
We were overwhelmed by the amount of guests that said the same thing to us ‘this is the best wedding we’ve ever been to’.
Everything ran so smoothly and perfectly. That is something that Frances is very careful to make sure happens.
So if you want magic, the freedom to do whatever you want, to create the perfect wedding, beauty, wonder and for you and your guests to have the most perfect day- Broadfield is definitely for you. I wish I could do it all again and we are definitely coming back for a weekend.

It's an amazing venue. Nestled in the Herefordshire countryside (with only rolling hills and no buildings in sight). Recently refurbished beautifully (to a high standard and with very stylish decor and furniture).

The house itself is perfect for a stay with family / friends but it has other trimmings to make it perfect for big weddings too; such as the multiple locations which are licensed for weddings, the separate barn with a bar, toilets and a catering kitchen.

There are also so many unique spaces you can use as part of your day. We had our wedding in the woods, drinks reception in the rose garden, and wedding breakfast in tipis in the field. But there are also many other spaces that are great for weddings (e.g. a courtyard, a large dining room and more fields).

One of the best parts of this venue however, is the people who own and run it. Frances and Alex (and Fran's parents Helen and John) were absolutely incredible every step of the way. They really understand hospitality and helped us to think of everything to ensure our week's stay there, and wedding, went smoothly.

They are also wonderfully flexible and will help you to realise the wedding you imagine, either by using their roster of suppliers or bringing in your own. We wanted a DIY wedding instead of a package and they were fine with this. In the end, most of the suppliers we used came recommended by the Broadfield team and they were all fantastic.

It's a truly magic wedding venue. I wish we could go back and do it again!

My (now) husband and I chose Broadfield as our wedding venue after visiting in February 2020 and falling in love with everything on offer: the gardens, indoor rooms, woodland, lawns (the list goes on).
Throughout the next 18 months of planning Helen and the rest of the Broadfield team were always on hand to help, and nothing was ever too much. When we needed to postpone due to Covid, Helen was understanding and offered us another date. When we decided to have a canopy in the fold yard (quite last minute), Helen helped to provide a list of local suppliers. The same for catering, flowers and hair/make up.
Our guests loved the wedding venue and they all commented on how seamless and easy going the whole day was, which is testament to Helen and her team's support and thorough planning. We wish we could get married again!

We held our wedding reception at Broadfield Court in July 2021. We shortlisted a number of venues in the area but we visited Broadfield first and then cancelled all the other viewings because we knew this was the one. The house and grounds are stunning, and the whole surrounding is tranquil (no aeroplane routes, motorways or trainlines in earshot). The team (Helen, Fran, John, Alex) run a very professional ship and were always on hand to deal with queries in the run up to the day, and were very accommodating in letting us visit multiple times and benefit from Helen’s advice. We were married when some covid restrictions were still in place and the Broadfield team handled this with great proficiency. The house and grounds were in perfect condition on the day – it couldn’t have gone better. We loved it so much we’d like to rent the house for Christmases/ New Years/ wedding anniversaries in years to come. It was very hard to leave! If you’re after a quality wedding venue in Herefordshire I’d look no further than Broadfield Court.

From start to finish, everything about Broadfield was amazing. Frances and Alex were so incredibly helpful throughout covid and the multiple postponements we had to cope with. The venue itself is glorious. We couldn’t have asked for more to make our wedding perfect. We’d do it all again in a heartbeat. Perfectly perfect!

It’s grand and outstandingly beautiful whilst homely and welcoming at the same time. The house inside is beautifully decorated, just stunning and the grounds are equally stunning with breathtaking views.
Fran and Alex were amazing throughout, from the first meeting to the day we checked out, nothing was missed, they thought of everything and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were so organised but so relaxed at the same time. They gave us a wedding better than we ever could have dreamed which was a pleasure to plan.

Broadfield Court is set in a wonderful rural location with stunning views from the house and gardens. We were wowed by it on our first viewing and so were our guests on the day. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The house facilities are fantastic and provide all that you could need for a stay.
The Broadfield Court team are wonderful and fantastic at what they do. We were looked after by Helen who supported us through the process well and was very organised. We utilised as many local suppliers as possible, some of which were on the recommended supplier list and all of whom we were very pleased with. We were allowed to bring in some of our own also.
Broadfield Court allowed us a lot of flexibility in what we wanted to do as an exclusive use venue. The service was very personal which we found very refreshing after visiting a lot of venues. We had the venue for the weekend which allowed us and our chosen guests to enjoy time together in the house, set up and pack down without a rush and whilst everyone always says it goes by so fast, we did not feel that way.
We had a woodland wedding with tipis on the lawn. The staff were very helpful in setting up and packing down which was greatly appreciated and all were very friendly.
We can very confidently recommend this venue to you.

When we were looking for a wedding venue, we wanted somewhere that had a really relaxed feel, lovely outdoor space and also good indoor spaces as a wet weather contingency.

Broadfield delivered all this in spades - absolutely stunning grounds, huge amounts of space, the most gorgeous house and accommodation. We were able to get married in the woodland area, have drinks outside in the rose garden and then dinner/dancing in a tipi. If you're considering Broadfield as a venue, I thoroughly recommend visiting it so you can get a sense of the sheer range of spaces here. You are also able to hire in all your own suppliers and completely personalise the day to make it personal.

But what makes Broadfield truly special isn't just the venue, but the people who run it. It wasn't until we spoke with Alex and Frances for the first time that we realised just how important this is. Frances and Alex are responsive, knowledgable and incredibly helpful, and none of our requests seemed too much for them. (They're also genuine and not sales-y at all, unlike some other venue managers we encountered in the wedding industry!). On the wedding weekend themselves, they were completely on top of the wedding and really helped to run the day smoothly. I'm sure that the day going largely without a hitch was really helped by their coordination.

Overall, we'd thoroughly recommend Broadfield as a wedding venue. It is super!
