In 2017, an extensive refurbishment project restored original features while introducing exceptional interior design. Now, this magical venue invites you and your guests to step inside and make yourselves at home, surrounded by the history, warmth, and elegance of the property.

Facilities and Capacity

Davenport House offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony options, giving you the freedom to make a final decision on the morning of your wedding. Throughout the day, there is a natural flow between ceremony, reception, wedding breakfast, and evening celebration as every room connects to one another. As day turns to night, The Great Hall takes centre stage, providing guests with a beautiful dance floor. Guests might also choose to relax in The Saloon or The Drawing Room. Once the special day comes to an end, up to 40 people can be accommodated overnight in the on-site lodgings. Nine luxurious bedrooms, including a honeymoon suite and breakfast area, are located in the main house. A further five cottages are situated on the grounds providing self-catering accommodation. Each cottage possesses a private garden.
