If you were going to ask us what our favourite hen party house in Brighton was, we’d have to pick the Southern Sanctuary, and there are so many reasons why.

The first is the location. This luxurious home is located in Peacehaven, a coastal town 20 minutes drive from central Brighton, giving you a peaceful countryside setting with the option to party just minutes away. In the spring and summer, the hosts here set up an incredible bell tent, fully equipped with proper beds (no blow-up mattresses here!) to accommodate a total of 22 guests.

In winter and autumn, the home and guest cabins can be rented out and sleep a total of 16 people, which is still a considerable guest list. On the property you will find views of a protected national park on your doorstep, six acres of private land, projector and surround sound, hot tub and barbecue facilities to enjoy. We’re fully obsessed.
