Lillibrooke Manor and Barns is a wedding venue located in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Stunning grounds and gardens surrounding these charming barns and Manor House will guarantee gorgeous wedding photographs at any time of the year with its endless backdrops.
Facilities and Capacity
This Grade II listed, lovingly restored venue offers exclusive use of the estate. The enchanting cloister garden provides a secluded space for romantic outdoor ceremonies featuring an elegant fountain, flowering beds, and overflowing hanging baskets. The Small Barn’s country-church atmosphere makes it the perfect choice for an indoor ceremony of up to 130 guests. For larger weddings ceremonies we recommend the awe-inspiring Great Barn. The Great Barn seats up to 170 guests for a wedding breakfast, has a bar and a dance floor, and a capacity for 220 for the evening. It also opens into a magnificent enclosed garden. Attached to the Great Barn itself is the engine house, a wonderful hexagonal room with grand windows overlooking the grounds. These are the perfect spaces for drinks receptions, games, relaxed conversation, photobooth, and anything else. In the generous space outside the barns, Lillibrooke has had installations such as bumper cars and Ferris wheels. Lillibrooke Manor is a venue for all seasons. Guests will stay warm and cosy in the barns throughout the winter months and enjoy fireworks and sparklers outside. In the summer, warmer days can be enjoyed with a drinks reception and classic garden games in the picturesque manor house garden.

The experienced Lillibrooke events team is on hand, dedicated to helping create a unique and personal wedding. They will ensure that everything runs perfectly so couples and their guests have an unforgettable day. Guests will be treated to a day of delightful food created by passionate chefs in the state-of-the-art Lillibrooke kitchen. To-be-weds can choose from the menu or work with the Head Chef to cater to their personal tastes. There are also many exciting options for those with dietary needs. End the perfect day with wood-fired pizzas or choose from tasty late-night bites. The venue also offers:
Fully Renovated Manor House with 6 Double Bedrooms Sleeping up to 14.
Additional Two double bedrooms in THe Loft and in The Old Piggery.
The Great Barn, Engine House, Cloister Garden, and Small Barn and Grounds are all licensed for wedding ceremonies.
Exclusive use for the day with a dedicated, experienced team to assist.
The Historic Manor House and Grounds are an excellent backdrop for photographs.
18th Century, fully equipped barn with seating for up to 170 guests, 220 for evening celebrations.

Everything from the initial viewing to the big day was seem less and immaculately planned to the last detail. We could not have wished for a single second of the day to have run more smoothly. We had some guests with specific physical requirements and the staff, big shout out to Vincent, went above and beyond. We had the best day of our lives!

Perfect wedding venue
Lillibrooke Manor is the perfect wedding venue! Our wedding in December 2022 was truly unforgettable. We knew the Main Barn and Engine House would look amazing, but they exceeded even our expectations. Our wedding ceremony was offsite so we used the Small Barn for our drinks reception and again it was set up beautifully. Lillibrooke also has beautiful grounds which are perfect for your wedding photos, and everything is impeccably maintained!
The food is also fantastic!! Our guests still talk about our menu choices and how delicious everything was!
We are so pleased that we chose Lillibrooke Manor for our special day and would highly recommend it to anyone in search of the perfect wedding venue. Thank you for making our day truly magical!

Magical Venue
We got married at Lillibrooke in October of this year. The whole process from booking the venue to the actual wedding day was exciting & easy! We got to visit the venue lots before our day & we were guided & contacted over the two years from booking so you really do feel well looked after. On the day, the staff were incredible. Sam coordinated our whole wedding day & she was the nicest lady! We had no worries with her running the show so the whole day ran smoothly & was so incredibly relaxing. They really do make you feel like the only ones to ever marry there the attention & affection from Sam & all the staff is just incredible. The venue is stunning, the food was sublime & again the staff were the very best. Thank you Lillibrooke for giving us the most magical wedding day. Lillibrooke really is pure magic & we feel so blessed to have married there. Thank you thank you thank you!

The Perfect Venue for the Best Day Ever!
My husband Dan and I had the best wedding day at Lillibrooke! We were a COVID couple who had been let down by our previous venue so naturally we were nervous when it came to trying to find a new one.
However, we could not have been more delighted with Lillibrooke and the Heritage Venues team from the very start. From the first show around with Lauren, to our planning meetings and emails with Julia, and then for our big day with Helen and all the wonderful event staff, we could not fault them! Everyone was so lovely, helpful and congratulatory whenever we interacted with them! We also had so many compliments about the venue from our guests - especially with regards to the food, it was all incredible!
Having the separate spaces for the ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast was brilliant as it really sectioned out the day and helped it flow nicely.
While we didn't hire out the incredible looking Manor House for our day, having the use of the Cottage Room for final prep (and as a little quiet hideaway space) was wonderful! We would highly recommend to future couples to look at booking the Manor House though - that would have been so convenient!
We only had one slight niggle and that was simply that we weren't told that there was another event on at Lillibrooke on the Wednesday, the day before our Thursday wedding, until the Sunday before the big day. We had planned to drop all of our wine, champagne and decor off at the site on the Wednesday (and had discussed this in our planning meetings earlier in the year), but we were told on that Sunday this wouldn't be possible. We managed to work out a solution with our external coordinator but would have preferred to have been notified of this sooner.
However, with all that being said (and that really was the only and tiniest of issues), we had the best day ever so please book your wedding at Lillibrooke Manor & Barns - you won't regret it!!

Best ever day
From start to finish with booking our wedding, I couldn’t fault Lillibrooke and the team. We booked during lockdown and even via zoom we fell in love with the place. The whole journey of dealing with the team, especially Jo making sure our needs were met. Dealing with suppliers and taking in all our requests. Helen on the day was super helpful as the rest of the team so polite and attentive. Staff are so organised and make sure your day goes well. My main concern was having low / boring points through the wedding, but not once did I find this. The venue helps to flow your ceremony to the evening very well. All our guests said how they loved the venue, the stunning gardens didn’t even need much decorations as they are beautiful in their own rights. Highly recommend staying at the Manor House as well, beautiful and a perfect way to wake up to married life. Thank you again for everything.

Amazing venue but a few problems here and there
We loved the venue from the first time we viewed it and we are so happy with how everything turned out on the actual day. We had the best wedding day and the co-ordinator on the day was just fabulous. I wish we could’ve had her throughout the whole process because she made us feel so at ease and comfortable.
We had one ops meeting a few weeks before the day with our wedding co-ordinator (no longer working there) and her attitude was very off putting. She's couldn’t have seemed any more uninterested with our wedding and the details if she had tried. This left us feeling a bit upset at not sitting down with someone who could’ve shown a small bit of enthusiasm for us.
Lillibrooke also decided to increase the prices of food and drink just three months before our wedding that added on an extra cost we hadn’t budgeted for and was extra stress we didn’t need. We couldn’t believe they’d do that to existing bookings and especially bookings so short of notice. But what are we going to do three months before the wedding…
The day itself ran very smoothly and we did forget about all the small hiccups we encountered along the way on the day.

WOW is all I think we can say! The team were absolutely amazing, Kate, Jaz, Vincent, Rachel and all of the team on the day couldn’t have been any better!!! We had the most amazing day!

A special venue
Lillibrooke Manor is a special venue. The grounds are beautiful which makes for a lovely atmosphere. The staff cannot do more to help and make you and your day feel like the most important in the world. We and our guests both loved the food. A huge thank you!

Great day & venue
We got married at Lillibrook mid April and had a fabulous time. Our planner Joanne was fantastic, she kept me calm in times of a little panic and was super efficient at getting back to me - even on her days off!
The venue itself is lovely, it definitely lends itself best to a summer wedding. They are super busy with weddings every day so make sure you get in to book well in advance.
The only small pinch point for us was the sound wasn't great on the day. The microphone during speech's wasn't great and the signal for the sound system / phone walking down the aisle wasn't great! So make sure that is double checked before hand.

Our wedding was at the incredible Lillibrooke Manor & Barns.
With our wedding being rescheduled 3 times and being let down massively by our original venue, we found Lillibrooke, and what can I say it was meant to be!
Jennifer helped with all the finer details for preparing for the day and was always at the end of the phone or email to help get our day organised!
On the day of our wedding 18th October 2021 Nichole and the whole amazing team couldn’t have made our day more special!
Everything went so so smoothly even down to the quick welcome drink are change due to the weather! Nichole made sure we were well looked after right into the late evening!
Our day was amazing and all our guests said how fantastic the food was, absolutely delicious. They said how stunning the venue was for both the ceremony room, grounds and barn where the main part of our party was held.
If I could do it all again I would! I would recommend Lilliebrook 100000 times over!
Thank you all for everything you have done for us and for our guests and our special day!

Highly recommend Lillibrooke Manor
My partner and I had originally booked to have our civil partnership here in May 2020 - unfortunately we had to postpone due to the pandemic. Lillibrooke couldn't have been any more accommodating to us regarding this and helped us rearrange dates on more than one occasion, which we we were extremely impressed with and grateful for.
Fast forward to June 2022 and it was certainly worth the wait. Lillibrooke is a beautiful venue, perfect for any celebration. The team were exceptional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for Vincent and the rest of the staff on the day.
We had the best time.

Winter Wonderland
The wedding planning process and day is often noted as one of the most stressful time of our lives. The team and Lillibrooke completely erased that and provided the most charming, relaxed and professional environment. The venue lends itself to making your memories memorable but it's the team that absolutely sold us! On the day, small hiccups (we ran out of champagne- oops) were dealt with swiftly and calmly. My experience with Lillibrooke was amazing!! My wedding coordinater was Joanne and she was simply the best! Jo was always available to talk, share ideas and take the stress away. Jo helped me until the very last few days before my wedding. We covered every ounce of detail and no matter how many times I wanted to run through my day, she was always there to do it. On the day of my wedding Danya was my event manager and what a lovely lady she was too! Danya was so attentive, stuck to my schedule and added a few extra touches I didn't expect. If you are looking to book this venue, I would highly recommend. The venue is beautiful; all of my guests loved it and the staff are amazing too.

2020 wedding in 2022
We first put our deposit down on Lillibrooke Manor in 2019 after falling in love with the way the venue looked and the fact that Lillibrooke were one of the only venues at the time that were able to fully accommodate for the groom’s severe nut allergy. Needless to say our 2020 wedding did not turn out the way we were expecting but we did get legally married and Lillibrooke were kind enough to allow us to take photos at the closed manor and we moved our big day to 2022 when we hoped family and friends would be able to be with us. After falling in love with the venue I have to say that the best thing about Lillibrooke are their people; whether it was the sales team who showed us around, the directors who we worked with all the way through lockdowns, the team in the lead up to the day or the phenomenal Vincent and the front of house/kitchen team on the day. Throughout the entire journey the people have been in accommodating, considerate and professional. 2 years, one legal wedding, a baby and one dream wedding with all our friends and family and Lillibrooke has been the best venue to do this all with.
