LIT Photography is a company in the town of Tewksbury in Gloucestershire, England that provides wedding videography services. Owner Ben and his team of storytellers are passionate about capturing and preserving the most precious moments of your big day. With their artistic and candid capturing style, they will be ready to turn your celebration into a crystal-clear film for you to watch and rewatch as often as you like.

Services Offered

LIT Photography offers multiple videography packages to suit each couple's needs and wants. They will be happy to cover each of your special events, from your final look reveals to one hour after your first dance. They are happy to travel to venues throughout Greater London and beyond, and will work to incorporate the beauty of your wedding setting into your final film.

What does the wedding package include?

The basic entry level package is from final makeup & dress reveal, to 1 hour after the first dance, drone footage includes, 15 minute film and 60 second social media teaser

How far in advance should I contact you?

As soon as possible

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Are you able to travel?

Yes, no matter if its my home town, or lake Garda, we can work out a reasonable travel fee. Anywhere within 130 miles of GL postcode is included in the fees (London no travel fee)

What is the charge for traveling?

Within England, Wales & Scotland, (Excluding london) I will charge £170 out of town fee, which covers, travel and accommodation if required. So Cornwall FYI, would be £1350 + £170

What kind of technology do you use?

Digital

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

Very candid pictures and videos, and if it's posed, I prefer high end editorial style with mobile studio lighting, but it's your day, you decide. I can be very indiscreet or run the show

What kind of equipment do you use?

I use Sony camera bodies, A7RV for still images, and Sony FX3 Cinema Line Range (Netflix approved) for videos. I use DJI Ronin gimbles, XLR Microphones, Prime lens, Mavic Pro 3 Drone

Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

Yes, zenfolio

What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

1 month

Do you send all the photos taken?

No

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?

Yes

Do you have the rights to publish the wedding photos?

Yes

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

If i'm asked to stay on at an event, if its no more than 45 mins due to delays on the day etc, then no charges. If i'm asked to stay all evening then I would charge £70 per hour

What are the forms of payment?

I accept bank transfer, Paypal, or Stripe payments. 25% of the negotiated fee for deposit confirms the booking, balance paid 14 days before the day

How do you work?

I like to meet at the venue or if a location wedding, meet via zoom, share mood boards, colour tone selections and composition ideas. Gain a history of the love backstory. Before the big day

Incredible guy, incredible talent, incredible footage

I was anxious about being filmed for the wedding but oh wow, so glad we had Ben. He is barely noticable but does not miss a shot. His editing is absolutely fantastic! He's a pleasure to be around and really makes you feel at ease. If you're debating a videographer, it's worth it!
