The Aisle Edit is a wedding gown boutique based in the town of Oldham in Greater Manchester, England. Located in a refurbished 1840s church, this shop works to give couples 6,000 square feet of pre-wedding bliss, providing everything they need to look and feel their best on their big day. From the in-house cafe bar to the dedicated onsite team, they will be ready to help you curate your dream attire from the start.

Services Offered

This multi-floor wedding gown shop evokes elegance and comfort throughout, with stained-glass windows, a high domed ceiling, wooden floors, and luxurious decor. The Aisle Edit carries a variety of designers for you to choose from, including Allure Couture, Disney, Nori Ivy, and Vera Wang. During your appointment, the team will work closely with you to help you find a gown that best suits your style and preferred aesthetic. In addition, The Aisle Edit also carries an inventory of accessories, from shoes to veils.

Fantastic Experience

I bought my shoes and bag from it. It was great to have so many accessories for your wedding in one place and having a bar on site made the experience even better. I went for the sample sale too so it was great value and would recommend to others.

Bridal heaven

The most gorgeous bridal experience. Every staff member was so lovely and attentive to our needs but in a super relaxed environment. We enjoyed the fizz and cake!

Gorgeous place!

Everything was beautiful! But because we booked a browsing appointment and others had booked an appointments in the suites (E.g. bridesmaid) we couldn’t go in. So in the end didn’t end up being able to do much browsing but what we saw was gorgeous and all the ladies there were lovely!

Amazing experience

Shopping for my bridal gown at the Aisle Edit was an amazing experience! The venue itself is stunning and the staff were brilliant. Alex was so helpful and patient, it was like shopping with one of your friends! I would have no hesitation in recommending The Aisle Edit / Edit by Dotty 🤍

1000/10 would recommend

I went with my mother & mother in law and we had the most amazing day. We went on a bank holiday so had the place to ourselves. The place was just stunning and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Found my wedding shoes and even got a hen do dress from there. Definitely will be coming up again with the girls to look at some bridesmaid dress. Worth the money and definitely worth travelling to if you live a distance away.

Beautiful wedding shop

The experience was lovely. All your bridal needs in one place. The shop was quirky and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the shoes and bag i purchased for my wedding were exactly what i was looking for.

Bridal Heaven

I went with my mum. There was a problem with appointments when we arrived but the lovely ladies sorted it for us with zero problems which was amazing as we’d travelled quite far. Aisle edit is a stunning venue, it’s literally bridal heaven, everything you could want as a bride / hen party are available to buy! I had the nicest time with my mum. I had my heart set on having some Charlotte mills shoes for my wedding day and the experience really was magical. I can’t wait to wear my shoes. Charlotte herself is there and it felt very special to meet her. We also met Sophie in Harper Lane who was so kind and caring when my mum was trying on dresses. She really went above and beyond. If you are getting married, please give aisle edit a visit, as a word of warning you will want to be buy everything. Thank you for a lovely day xxx

Great boutique with lots of brands

Had two appointments; Charlotte mills shoes and rewritten for my bridesmaids
Only down side was there is only one changing room for rewritten and it is in a fairly open setting as it has glass walls looking onto the cafe.

Lovely Bridal Experience

I had a really fun & lovely time at the aisle edit. It was very girly and bridal and got us so excited! I came with one of my bridesmaids, we were welcomed warmly and had such a fun time trying different things out :) xx

The dogs bollox

Ok, so maybe the above is a tad gross but… I had the most wonderful experience. Thank you so much for being patient and understand with me and my nerves. The dresses are absolutely incredible and I couldn’t be happier with my choice!

Gorgeous shoes!!!

I am getting married in August 2023 and have 3 pairs of CM shoes!
My bridesmaid bought me my wedding heels when we attended the Aisle Edit launch party, they are perfect for me as they offer the wide fit option & are so beautiful!!
Since the launch party I have been back with my mum for a cake & a cuppa and whilst there purchased the slippers for my wedding morning (and for dancing later in the evening I hope!) as well as a pair of the sparkly trainers for my hen do celebrations & honeymoon!
I can’t wait to wear them all!
The staff are lovely & the whole place is so beautiful!

I surprised my sister with a trip the the aisle edit, and we had the best time!

Set within a beautiful church, the Aisle Edit is a beautiful space with chic decor, a gorgeous champagne bar, and all the accessories and clothing you need to plan a wedding. Highly recommended for dress shopping with bridesmaids and mother of the bride!
