Established in 1837, this historic estate is proudly family-owned and operated. Facilities and Capacity

The Walled Garden at Beeston Fields offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for your special day. The property is licensed to hold civil ceremonies on-site, allowing you to set all aspects of your occasion at this venue. The converted greenhouse is a popular setting for outdoor ceremonies. Set against a rose-covered red brick wall backdrop, you and your beloved can exchange heartfelt vows surrounded by blooming flowerbeds and ancient architecture here. For smaller ceremonies, the oak-panelled dining room and the lounge within the main house provide cosy indoor settings. The sunken terrace is a picturesque spot for your drinks reception while you have your wedding photos taken against the various beautiful natural backdrops nearby. The permanent wedding marquee here provides a breathtaking setting for your wedding breakfast and evening reception. This Georgian-style structure features floor-length draping, crystal chandeliers, and large windows that keep your event connected to the scenic surroundings. Highly recommend

My husband & I had the most amazing day on 30/09/22.

We would highly recommend this venue if you are planning your happily ever after.
The staff are amazing especially Lydia who was duty managero on the day, I can not thank her enough for everything she did for us on the day (especially accommodating an evening guest who turned up for the day part of the wedding).

Our wedding planner Lauren always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. If Lauren was not available for any reason Jade was always happy to help.

The food and service were amazing and the wait staff were very professional.
The food was served hot considering we had over 100 guest which I can only assume was not easy.

The bar staff provided an excellent service.

The most amazing day!

Michael and I (and my mum!) all just wanted to say the biggest thank you to you. You have been absolutely amazing the whole time we’ve been planning and have made everything run so smoothly. You and the team were brilliant on the day, everybody has commented on how beautiful the venue is, how amazing the food was and how hardworking the staff are! A few people I know who aren’t yet married have said they would love to get married at the Walled Garden too so I’m hoping that they do so I can come again!! Honestly, we cannot thank you enough for everything that you have done for us, we had the most amazing day and will treasure the memories forever.

Incredible

After attending a wedding at The Walled Garden a few years ago, I knew I loved the venue. It was the first place I arranged a viewing for after we got engaged and after seeing it again, we knew it was the wedding venue for us, we booked it there and then!!
Planning a wedding was also something that I found quite daunting, however, I could not have wished for better team to support me through the planning!! Ella was incredible at helping us with everything! She made the whole process enjoyable and was always there to answer every single question we had (no matter how silly or trivial), she also helped us by giving us details of amazing people who made the day extra fab (decoration, DJ etc). There were so many aspects of a wedding that we did not even consider and Ella made everything really easy!!
On the day I could not have asked for anything more. Everyone worked so hard to make our day so special!! Everyone who came loved the space and the food, which was incredible!!
The way that the space was used was brilliant and guests commented on how seamlessly everything went together!!
We had the best day of our life’s and it’s all thanks to an amazing team at The Walled Garden!!

Such a perfect day

We had our wedding here at the beginning of September and loved the venue! As soon as we viewed it as a potential venue we fell in love with it, and have had so many compliments about our choice of holding the wedding there, from the venue, to the food. The gardens were gorgeous and well maintained, and the photographs look great. We held our ceremony in the marquee and the backdrop of the garden behind the register table was amazing. Emily was great help, answering all of our random questions, and being very reassuring and attentive in the run up to the day. The staff on the day were great help, took the stress away and everything went smoothly. Thank you for helping make it such a perfect day.

Everything was perfect

The staff were fantastic

We had our wedding here 24th June and it was amazing!! The staff were fantastic, Ella and the rest of the planning team helped make our dream wedding a reality, working with us for nearly a year in advance to make sure everything was perfect and were always so friendly, the venue looked incredible and everyone complimented the staff, food and atmosphere! Thankyou to all the team at the walled garden!

Everything was perfect from start to finish

We got married at The Walled Garden on Friday 7th April 2017 and what a day it was. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We booked the venue 2 years ago and the support we received from Ella and the team was phenomenal, Ella took away all the stress from the running of the day and made sure it was perfect. To make the day even more special the sun was shining so this meant lee& I and our guests could benefit from the beautiful, stunning grounds. Thank you so much to The team.. #twg

If I could rate them 6 stars, I would do!

Myself and my beautiful wife were married at the Walled Garden in October 2016. We fell in love with it the moment we first had a look around, nowhere else compared!
Ella was amazing from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble and she really made the organisation of our day very straight forward with lots of recommendations and suggestions which helped us to make our day so special.
The day itself ran so smoothly - with help from the wonderful team at the Walled Garden who were both always present but never intrusive. They struck the balance perfectly and the whole day went without a hitch.
We sourced our own caterers for the Wedding Breakfast, and the Walled Garen kept in touch with them (a close friend!) throughout as well as liaising with our photographer (A Big Neon Glitter - also amazing!), our dj and our magician! This reduced our stress hugely in the lead up to the wedding.
We opted for a hog roast in the evening - the food was amazing and there was more than enough to go around. We have had so many wonderful comments about this, and many of our guests have very high standards. We also had canapes and drinks from the Walled Garden - they were perfect.
I can not recommend the Walled Garden more highly - I hope to never get married here again (!) but would be delighted to attend someone else's wedding here in the future.
If I could rate them with 6 stars, I would do! Thanks to everyone at the Walled Garden for making our big day so special - we couldn't have made it as perfect without you!

Perfect from start to finish!

We had our wedding on 15th October 2016 held at The Walled Garden and it was perfect from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Matt (bar manager) sorted the bottled and cask ales that we asked for, and the food was fantastic (we had the hot carvery cobs). The set up was exactly as we expected and everything we hoped it would be - even the sun came out for the day so that the ceremony could take place outside!
Ella was on hand throughout the planning and on the day to answer our questions. We cannot thank her enough for her enthusiasm, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend The Walled Garden for a wedding - we had the best day ever! Emily & Jackie.

Beautiful Venue

Really dont know where to start on this venue, on 23rd september 2016 we had our ceremony & reception here. We had the most amazing day, the venue looked absolutely beautiful and all the staff were so helpful. A special thanks to Ella as you were our rock with all our stupid questions from the start. But all the staff on the day were so helpful & the day ran so smoothly.
