Facilities and Capacity
The Tunnels Beaches team delights in seeing couples exchange their vows in their tranquil garden. Overlooking the sea, this beautiful space is a wonderful place to experience your "I do" moment. Your nearest and dearest are free to marvel at the views of Lundy Island before witnessing you begin your married journey. Whether you want to host your ceremony outdoors, within the thatched gazebo, or in their state-of-the-art building, the staff has you covered. A selection of indoor function rooms and bars can set the scene for receptions and after-parties. The venue has a 1 am late license, so you can celebrate into the early hours of the morning.
Services Offered
As your big day unfolds, your friends and family are able to explore the tunnels, coves, and beaches that surround Tunnels Beaches. The paved and gently sloping tunnels allow easy access for wedding-goers, while the property also features a lift and facilities for wheelchair users. In addition to its event spaces, the property is home to a trio of luxurious self-catering houses that boast 33 ensuite bedrooms.
Tunnels Beaches facilitated the day of our dreams. We felt so cared for by them throughout the day and also in the lead up to our wedding. We feel so lucky to have been married at Tunnels and it’s amazing that the venue isn’t just all about the setting..! All of the elements are first class and that really starts with the heart of the staff. We didn’t feel like another wedding being churned out and just felt completely special and unique. The food is also amazing. So happy we got married here.

Couldn’t recommend enough
The Tunnels was the easiest and best decision of our entire wedding. We couldn’t recommend the venue more highly. I think once you’ve seen it, you’ve got no option but to book it! The entire team were brilliant from start to finish. They answered my many emails before the day and I felt very comfortable leaving them in charge of the schedule on the day itself. We managed to have our service outside, I love that you can decide so last minute depending on the weather. The food was incredible, our wedding photographer actually said it was the best wedding food he’d ever had! The morning after we went down to clear up and all of the work had already been done, which was such a huge help. The houses on site are beautiful and so convenient. I don’t have anything even vaguely negative to say!! Thank you all so so much for everything, we can’t wait to return!

Out of this world
The moment we stepped foot into Tunnels Beaches our breath was taken away and we knew this was some where we wanted to get married. When we made the decision to get married at tunnels beaches it was the best decision of our lives. Incredible views, food and team
Tunnels Beaches is 100% the most amazing venue in the UK. The views, food and staff are all incredible. Didn't have a thing to worry about on the day. We booked without even a visit and have zero regrets! Book it.

Wow! What a day!!
First and foremost can we say a massive thank you for having such a unique wedding venue. We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep.
Our accommodation was Runnymede. It was lovely to have such a stunning place to get ready in. The accommodation is decorated beautifully and we wish our house looked like this - such a fantastic style!!
The staff were fantastic from the moment we booked to the day. They answered every question and believe us we had many! They were so good on the day, you didn’t need to worry at all as everything was taken care for by the lovely staff. Nothing was too much and there was almost too much food to eat! They were very generous at Tunnels and the food was AMAZING! Such lovely fresh food to everyones taste.
This wedding venue totally matched our vibe and was all we had dreamed for our special day. We were lucky with the weather - not too hot but a lovely breeze and plenty of sunshine. It wouldn’t have matter as the venue is stunning enough without it. Would not have changed a thing about our day, just wish we could do it again! We had quite the dream team on the day choosing local people from our fab photographer to the what must be ‘resident’ dj Paul - who knew the venue well and made it just as special.
A huge thank you - we’ll definitely be back to visit!

Truly Tremendous Tunnels!
Wow, don’t even know where to start! From our first look round at Tunnels to the day itself, everything was absolutely fabulous. It is the most stunning location, beautifully and tastefully furnished. The scenery and views are absolutely stunning - takes your breath away! The team that work there go out of their way to make everything go without a hitch, so helpful, organised, friendly and professional. The place has such a relaxed feel about it, which we loved. The food was amazing, from canapés at the welcome, BBQ in the afternoon and Paella in the evening - we had so many compliments on just how good it was. A number of people said it was the best wedding venue they’d ever been to .... it really is great!
We stayed in two of their houses, Bath Hoise and Courtyard, both stunning, really well equipped, large communal areas and great for making a weekend of the celebrations. We just couldn’t fault anything - book it, you won’t be disappointed!

The perfect venue
Tom and I just wanted to thank you all for our perfect wedding day and stay at the weekend, we all had such a wonderful time. From the very first enquiry email we sent, looking around, booking and the actual event it’s all run so smoothly and everyone has been so helpful, friendly and accommodating. When we saw your website it was exactly what we are looking for but had been unable to find. Everything on the day was so well organised but at the same time relaxed, the setting is stunning and it was so lovely to access the beach even in the rain. The staff were professional and friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was outstanding, the menu covered all tastes and it was perfectly cooked. The accommodation was contemporary, stylish and comfortable for everyone from one year to 87 years and everyone could relax and do their own thing. The venue gave us recommendations for hairdressers, make up and other suppliers who were all excellent and reliable. We really can’t thank them enough for giving us such wonderful memories.

Amazing place and great team

There's no place quite like it...
We are desperate to be invited to a wedding here so we can enjoy the whole experience again as guests!
If you're looking for a stunning location, a stress-free booking & organisation process, incredible food and a team that feels as excited about your big day as you are – Tunnels Beaches is it.
From the very first time we viewed the venue we fell in love with the whole place, people and all. We're a fairly chilled couple but personalisation was really important to us and we had a lot of ideas for how we wanted our day to go; the Tunnels team never rushed us, never told us what we could or couldn't do in the space. They maintained an "it's your wedding, you do you" attitude the entire time.
The food and drinks packages are really flexible and SO worth the money. Top tip: get the monkfish skewers – you will not regret it! Our friends are still raving about them two months later.
As for the venue, what can we say that isn't already so obvious from just looking at the place? Being tucked away in your own corner of the world, on your own private beach behind the rock, feels really special and intimate, and having the sun set behind you through panoramic windows during the speeches is a moment you won't forget. Trust us.
We were always a little sceptical when people told us "it'll be the best day of your lives"...but it really was the best day of our lives and we couldn't imagine it having taken place anywhere but Tunnels Beaches.

Hands Down the BEST Place to get Married in the UK
We genuinely couldn't have wished for more from our wedding day, every single detail on the day was completely perfect, from the service to the incredible food and drink, and of course the stunning setting and breathtaking venue! We could write a whole review just on the food - genuinely the best meal of our lives! Everything was cooked to perfection, and there was plenty for everyone - a lot of our guests have since admitted to us that they had 2nds/3rds! We were a little worried that service would seem disjointed with guests having to go down to the BBQ to select their food, but we needn't have worried, service ran so smoothly and the nature of the BBQ service added to the relaxed feel of our day. The team were all so incredible in delivering the chilled out, summer time beachside celebration for us - everything on the day ran so smoothly, the planning process was so easy and everything was delivered as requested. All of our guests are still talking about how perfect our wedding day was, and considering how busy 2021 had been for the wedding industry, you'd never know how much pressure the team will have been under and how tired they would have almost certainly been feeling! We felt like the most important couple to ever get married. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for incredible memories of the most perfect day we'll have for the rest of our lives.

It truly was the most perfect day and we are so glad we chose Tunnels Beaches!
This is a dreamlike venue, it was a no brainier when selecting the location for our wedding day, and boy did it deliver. Tunnels beaches literally had everything we could have hoped for and more, it is mysterious, unique and has utterly breathtaking views of the beaches and the sea. We were incredibly lucky that our day had clear blue skies and allowed the venue to shine, not to mention being able to watch the most incredible sunset. We and all of our guests were completely bowled over, no-one has been able to stop talking about it since!
The team provided quick and helpful responses running up to, and on the day, it was great to know that everything we had prepared was all in hand, and all we needed to do was turn up! The day ran smoothly thanks to all the amazing and friendly staff. The food completely lived up to the hype, it was delicious and we loved the fact the guests could pick exactly what they wanted.

Worth the wait!
Tunnels is hands down the most incredible wedding venue, the views are insane! After having our wedding postponed, it was definitely worth the wait! The staff are incredible, they have thought about every tiny detail - so you need not worry. They will also make you feel completely relaxed, they are the experts, there will be no stress! Having a venue that supplies everything, will genuinely make your like a lot easier! The food is also absolutely fantastic, 4 months later my friends and family are still talking about it! You will not be disappointed with this venue, I have nothing but good things to say, the venue, food, views and staff are just awesome.

Turn Key Solution
Tunnels really offer a turn key solution to weddings We arrived to a day that was well planned, delivered and offered flexibility around our newborn baby and need for a swim after the meal. The food was sublime and plentiful - reccomend the monkfish&prawn skewers! Mafia 4 and Yeti photography are the only improvement to this venue, which we were fortunate enough to have. In a year of cancelled weddings we've really seen the true motivations of businesses - Tunnels have shown compassion, iunderstanding and been so great with communication throughout the pandemic. We're lucky to have had the days there that we did and hope all our friends get married there so we can revisit.

Wedding in June 2023
We got married at Tunnels in June and it was honestly the most perfect day. We can’t thank the team at Tunnels enough! The venue we knew would be incredible but everything else was honestly amazing. The food, the drinks, the whole set up and the staff were fantastic! The bbq food was so vibrant and tasty and there is an amazing selection to choose from. The pasties in the evening went down a storm! People were literally pulling them out of suit pockets and handbags the next day. We also booked The Courtyard and The Bath House accommodation for 2 nights and everyone commented how great they were. We were blessed with lovely weather the whole time we were there, so got to really enjoy the courtyard area which is the perfect communal space. We were looking for a lovely coastal and relaxed wedding and this is exactly what we got. Tunnels delivered everything and more!

Above and beyond our expectations
WOW, Where Do we start…our dream wedding came to life at the amazing Tunnels beaches. We just can’t fault it in anyway possible. This setting is very unique and a rare find so we feel very privileged to be able to say we got married here. Venue, staff, organisation, food, drink and setting was beyond our expectations. The team at tunnels really went above and beyond to make our day run flawlessly and make our day one to remember.
