We had our wedding on 28th April 2023. We booked our wedding around 18 months prior. We took a gamble as covid + a baby one the way meant we could not travel to Sorrento to view the villa beforehand. The gamble really paid off as this was better than we ever could have expected, and we expected it to be good,

The view is breathtaking and is the centre of the whole day. We didn’t need much additional decor as the view really did speak for itself, the amount of guests that commented on it said it all really. We have the most amazing and special photos with this view and it really was the perfect place to exchange vows with Vesuvius in the background.

Onto the villa - wow!!! It was hard to know exactly what we would get, as we all know photos can be edited. But genuinely, what you see online is what you get and more. The driveway and gardens are perfectly maintained and look stunning, before we even got to the villa on our pre wedding meeting we fell in love with it and knew we’d made the right choice. Then the building itself is lovely and very clean and well maintained. As you walk through the venue the view is beautiful and again a real wow factor for all our guests.

The lemon tree garden made the prettiest place for some very nice photos and was shaded for those guests who need to be out the sun. Such a gorgeous asset to the place.

The terrace was very pretty and looked really nice when lit up during the evening. The sunset from here whilst we cut the cake was breathtaking.

The team at the villa (Claudia and Michele) couldn’t do enough for us. They responded very fast and answered all queries and questions throughout our planning. They were tolerant of my very British persistent ways, I really loved their laid back but professional approach to wedding planning as this really put me at ease. The had great attention to detail and were understanding of what we wanted, they listened and we wouldn’t change a thing about the day as they got it perfect.

We believe the value of this place, compared to if we had something even a little bit similar in the UK makes it a no brainier in choosing here. It was worth every penny.

Our day was one ourselves and our guests will never forget. So many people told us it was the most beautiful place they have ever been for a wedding and the best wedding they have attended. We had 37 guests and despite the size of the place, it filled very well.

We cant recommend this venue enough, we’ve been telling everyone about it and we wish we could do our whole day 100x over. Anyone choosing here for their big day won’t regret it.

My wife and I were married July 9th 2022 and it was everything we hoped it would be when we decided to do a destination wedding in Italy.

I can't thank Michele and Claudia enough for how amazing they were throughout the whole process - through planning phases until recommending a great last dance song. We planned the entire wedding from the US and Michele and Claudia were extremely responsive whenever we needed them and provided great suggestions.

The villa was stunning. The views of the bay and Vesuvius were amazing. I had seen beautiful pictures online and my expectations were somehow exceeded. Our guests couldn't stop taking pictures, especially during the sunset. The food during aperitivo and dinner was great. Our guests definitely kept the bar busy but they were up for the task. The harpist and guitarists were beautiful and the DJ was great during the party.

Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything was and how good of a time they had. It was a day we'll remember forever.

We just wanted to say how thankful we are that we were able to go ahead with our wedding this year and for all the amazing hard work Michele and the team at Villa Antiche Mura did for us.

Our wedding was just perfect, the day was truly spectacular and we wouldn't have changed a thing, not even the little downpour we had as the sun shone so brightly after. As they say if it rains on your wedding day after you've said 'I Do' it's good luck :D

We are so grateful for their assistance with the planning and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were extremely responsive and knew exactly what we wanted. Planning a wedding abroad, you will always be a little nervous; however, during our pre-wedding meeting, they put my mind at ease as they had captured my vision perfectly!

All our musicians were beautiful, the harpist, the duo guitarists and the DJ was fab.
The food was spectacular and went down so well with everyone.
My husband and I took a moment during dinner and said to each other "Where else would you rather be on your Wedding Day, looking at your family and friends and being able to have a view of the sea, Mount Vesuvius, The Bay of Naples and Capri in your eyeline".

We really did have just the best day and were lucky we had it all and got to celebrate how we wanted with our family and friends.

My husband and I had our wedding at Villa Antiche Mura in June 2019 and it was the best decision of our lives. Michele and his staff were absolutely fantastic! His friendliness, attentiveness and attention to details was unparalleled. He helped us with every single detail of the wedding planning and answered all my emails and requests within 12-24 hours. He helped us schedule our baby sitters for the night before and made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. The food was amazing and the view is breathtaking. There were too many favorite moments from that day to count, but the most memorable one was the beautiful fireworks Michele organized at the end of the night during the cake cutting. Our guests were flabbergasted by the amazing display and to this day they keep telling us that this was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. We had a fantastic weekend 7-9 June. Michele and team were super helpful, organised and friendly, and made this an amazing experience for both us and our guests. Michele helped us organise a boat trip on Saturday to Capri and Positano, with prosecco and aperitivo onboard (anyhow on the bucket list of our guests), supported in organising a restaurant for Friday evening, as well as booking the filou club for our afterparty on Sunday.

Not the least, we had originally used another wedding planner that failed miserably. Michele took over on short notice, and made this more memorable than we had expected.

The venue is nothing short of amazing - we had a steady 30+ degrees on our big day, but the breeze from the bay made it great nonetheless. Food and drinks matched the venue, and the DJ and Napoletan duo suggested by Michele really made this the party we hoped for.

Had a wedding here this year, I can’t express enough how beautiful it is here, the staff were amazing and so polite, they couldn’t do enough to help/please you. Michele is absolutely amazing at planning everything for you for the big day. He responded to email after email straight away, he done everything I asked and more. From the outside you wouldn’t expect much but the lemon garden leading to the villa is so romantic. The views from the balcony are outstanding, there are two spacious terraces to wine and dine on, fantastic service received on the day, excellent organisation by Michele, plenty of opportunities for ‘wow’ moments, a beautiful cake, wonderful flower centre pieces, impeccable attention to detail, some of the greatest advice and also the best lasagne EVER!

Andy and I felt so at ease and we couldn’t have done it without Michele.

Wow what a venue!!! We had our wedding reception at Villa Antiche Mura on 12th September what a truly amazing day!
The villa is simply stunning and so glad we picked this for our reception venue. Me and my partner thought it was the best venue in Sorrento and loved the exclusive use of the villa and grounds. Our guests actually thought they could of been at a celebrity wedding that’s how amazing everything was.
The views are breathtaking.
Food was delicious and so much of it.
Our guests said it was the best wedding cake they had ever eaten!
Michelle and his team gave first class service and we couldn’t of asked for anything more.

We could not be happier we found this wedding venue. The moment we saw it we knew it was perfect. The scenery is breathtaking and the surroundings / gardens are just beautiful. We chose this venue for our wedding and it was the best decision! The food/ drink were amazing. The team go above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect for you and we can't thank them enough for all their hard work. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to them. Everyone is in love with this venue and we highly recommend! We didn't need a wedding planner, because Michele was so amazing and helpful. He always replied promptly to my emails - even during the super busy wedding season. When we had our pre-wedding meeting we were assured that everything was organised perfectly. On the day he also helped out how my father could help me down the stairs in my dress, just little things like this give the personal touch and made us feel like he really cared about our big day. The musicians he organised for us were so good and the flowers and decoration were absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend to go for the fairy light drapes. It looked magical! Serving of the food was organised well and went smoothly (allergy issues were addressed without problem). Only feedback I have is that the risotto was a bit undercooked and could have more shrimps. Apart from that it was great. Our guests loved our wedding and said it was the best wedding they have been to so far. We miss Villa Antiche Mura so much! Wish I could do it all again.

We had our wedding reception at the breathtaking Villa Antiche Mura at the end of June. It would be impossible to speak more highly of the the stunning venue, Michele the wedding coordinator or his fabulous staff. Like any bride attempting to plan a destination wedding I was initially incredibly nervous. I really did not need to be. In the planning stages I bombarded Michele with emails and he was always swift to respond and really went out of his way to make our dream wedding a reality.

The day itself way everything that we had wanted and more. There really are no words to describe how beautiful the venue is. The food was perfect and guests commented that it was the best meal that they had whilst staying in Sorrento. The day ran flawlessly thanks to Michele’s overseeing eye and the professional staff.

The suggested musicians were amazing. We selected Marco’s band for our evening music and I am so pleased that we did. They read the room perfectly and drew all of the guests to the dance floor at just the right point. They were even able to play our first dance with no prior rehearsal.

Michele helped us coordinate everything from the ceremony which was held at The Cloisters to bridal hair and makeup. There is not a single thing that I would change, I only wish that I could do it again!
