Facilities and Capacity
The modern Garden Room is absolutely stunning for your civil ceremony at Wasing Park. With windows that flood the space with natural daylight, white walls, wooden floors, and distinctive glass ceiling lights, this is the perfect space for brides and grooms to exchange their vows. If you wish to tie the knot in an outdoor setting, the Victorian Summerhouse, located within the Terrace Garden, is licensed for outdoor ceremonies. With its lush surroundings and beautifully painted murals on the summerhouse's interior, it's the perfect outdoor location. If a traditional church ceremony is what you've always dreamed of, the parish Church of St. Nicholas stands within the estate grounds. This beautiful 15th Century chapel boasts original characteristics, such as stained-glass windows and a white timber-clad turret. The focal point of Wasing Park is the Castle Barn; with a contemporary and chic interior, it works exceptionally well for the wedding breakfast and evening party. The entrance is impressive, with a red brick castle-style tower and arched glass doorway. Blending traditional design features with modern mood lighting, the Castle Barn sets the scene for a wonderfully romantic day. The covered Castle Barn terrace is adorned with sheepskins, twinkling fairy lights, candles, and a fire pit, giving couples the perfect alfresco area, that can be used all year round.
Services Offered
Wasing Park also offers boutique overnight accommodation on the estate, the perfect place to relax after the excitement of the special day. The Old Estate Rooms offer absolute luxury in the form of nine elegant suites, including the spectacular Honeymoon Suite, The Dovecote, The Smithy, The Granary, and The Coach House, all of which offer fabulous and distinctive styling with individual touches such as triangular shaped beds, mezzanines, and free-standing copper baths. An additional 17 beautifully appointed bedrooms are available in The Stables, The Mews, and The Pump House. Situated in separate areas of the estate and subject to availability, are an additional two self-catering properties; The Bothy, a two-bedroom cottage in the Secret Walled Garden, and Home Farmhouse, a 6-bedroom cottage just a short walk from the venue. For couples who book The Old Estate Rooms for their wedding night, Wasing Park offers complimentary use of Kitts Cottage the night before the wedding day*. Perfect for pre-wedding pampering, this quaint country cottage is set in the beautiful Wasing Park property and offers plenty of space to relax and get a good night's sleep.
We booked Wasing Park back in April 2021 and got married on Friday 7th April 2023. Throughout the two years of liaising with Wasing we were amazed with their professional and effective responses, each and every member of the team that we spoke with were so kind, patient (we had lots of questions!) and professional. We had an in person look around the venue in April 2021 before we promptly booked, we then had our tasting in November 2022 and visited in January 2023 at the Winter Showcase. We had a zoom meeting where we discussed their very organised Event Planning excel spreadsheet, which was super helpful. The team and our fantastic wedding coordinator, Lucrecia, were amazing in the lead up to the wedding, checking in on us to make sure we were okay and all was in order. The catering team were fab, and were able to cater for our fully vegan wedding, which was very important to us. Nothing was ever too much of an ask for the Wasing team. When it came to the day, Lucrecia and all of the Wasing staff were fantastic, they ensured the day ran smoothly, that we had everything we needed and that everything was how it should be. The team are incredible and we are so grateful to everything they did to allow our day to be absolutely perfect. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It was the only venue we viewed in person and we knew it was the one, it was booked within a week of our engagement! It is so lovely to have three options of where you can have your ceremony, the Castle Barn is simply beautiful and it’s great to have quirky and comfortable accommodation on site. Really convenient for our guests. When we were looking for venues, we wanted somewhere where we could do minimal styling and it still look absolutely stunning. It has so many stunning locations for pictures and the honeymoon suite is a non negotiable! I would wholeheartedly recommend Wasing Park for your dream wedding venue, you won’t regret it! From the incredible staff to the unbeatable setting, it really is the perfect wedding venue. Thank you to all Wasing staff for making our day absolutely perfect.

No words - incredible
We had our wedding at Wasing Park on 8th July 2023, and honestly, we cannot fault a single thing. From start the finish, the event management team were on hand to help. Nothing was too much to ask and all of our questions were very quickly resolved. The actual venue itself is beautiful, so many of our guests were blown away and we received so many comments of the food being the best they've ever eaten at a wedding. A special shoutout has to go to our dedicated events manager, Noni who helped make our day so special. Not once did we have to think about anything aside from enjoying the day and taking it all in. The attention to detail is outstanding. If you're considering Wasing Park - it'll be the best decision you make. We can't thank you enough for everything. X

Can we do it all over again?!
What a day! Wasing Park is magical. The stress is taken away because everything you need is on one site, once everyone is there you can enjoy the day from start to finish.
The girls stayed at Kitts Cottage the night before and we took use of the Old Farmhouse for the boys. The night before the wedding the bridal party all went out down the road to the Butts Inn pub for a meal and drinks before heading back to the Wasing Estate and our separare overnight accommodation. It was nice to start the wedding celebrations early.
We married in St Nicholas Church, Jane was our Priest and made everyone feel part of the ceremony. The welcome drinks went down a treat. The food is amazing - both presentation and the quality of food. Our wedding event manager Lucrecia put aside some canapes and a drink for us both so we could have some time together after we'd been taken away for our photos. We had the lamb as a main and it was cooked to perfection.
We came into the castle barn before the wedding breakfast and I was blown away by the set up, it's worth paying for the extra fairy lights to give it the 'wow' factor. No sooner have you finished the meal it's time to get the party started! We had the separate cocktail station which was set up next to the dance floor - we stayed on the dancefloor the whole night - reaching over every now and then for a cocktail to rehydrate (!) and dance again
Our guests loved the venue, it is stunning. We've had our first preview photos back and the backdrops from the Church to the countryside just make us want to relive it and do the whole thing again!
A lot of our guests stayed over in the on site accommodation overnight after the wedding. They get a link to make the bookings and pay themselves (outside of the package accommodation) so again, it's one less stress for yuo to worry about. Breakfast was lovely the next morning all together, with the stories of the day and night before beginning!
The Wedding staff walk you through the arrangements with a planner to complete by specific dates so you keep on track and keep a record of what you still have to do. In the final couple of weeks in the lead up to the wedding I put in a couple of calls panic checking on things and the girls were always friendly and happy to help.
You won't be disappointed, your wedding at Wasing will be the best day ever!! x

Best Venue Ever
What a stunning venue!! I could not have pictured anywhere better for our wedding day. Not only was the venue amazing but so were all the staff that assist us throughout the day. A special mention to our events planner Imogen who done a phenomenal job in bring my vision to life!! I can’t thank her and the rest of the team enough! The food was amazing, so many compliments from all of our guests!. If you are thinking of Wasing, I can’t recommend it enough!

Dream venue, dream team!
We were married at Wasing on 14th May 2023, and we honestly couldn’t have imagined a better day. Emma and the team were absolutely outstanding - taking us through every part of the day carefully, checking in on us, and ensuring that we didn’t need to worry about a thing. We were lucky enough to have our ceremony outside, and the day flowed perfectly thanks to the team onsite. People have told us that the food was the best wedding food they’ve ever tasted, and we believe it’s well worth the price. The barn has an excellent area for live bands to set up and pack away discreetly, and it fit our party of 90 easily. With so many people staying on site, and the surrounding area being so beautiful, it all made for a day somehow better than we could have imagined.
P.s. Emma always had drinks and food stored away for us to ensure we ate on the day. We’ll always be grateful to her!

Perfection
We got married on 30th March 2023. Ceremony in St Nicholas and then reception in the castle barn. I am still hearing how lovely the venue was and how incredible the food was weeks later. I was so impressed with this venue start to finish. From booking in appointments to view, food tastings, our specific event planner. Everything ran so smoothly. I did not have to focus on anything during the day apart from getting married and having a good time. Catering was exceptional, especially the wood fire pizza's which were a favourite of most. We went for the Granary package and there was no shortage of food/drinks. Food allergies/intolerances fully catered for. All of the staff were smartly dressed, friendly and polite. Small details were thought of- umbrellas for the rain, a couple of drinks ready for us after the ceremony. I can think of no negatives. Lucrecia was our wedding and event co-ordinator and she did such an amazing job; very professional. Every question answered. She even signposted me to the Wasing well-being team for a bit of yoga the night before as we were staying in Kitts Cottage, such a good idea if you are staying the night before with family and friends! Thank you to Wasing Park and all of the lovely staff who made our day one to remember forever.

The dream wedding venue!
From the very first email correspondence the whole team at Wasing have been nothing short of excellent. Every email I sent was followed up efficiently, and the whole day could not have gone smoother!!! If you are considering Wasing, dont consider..... BOOK IT!! You will not be disappointed.. A magical venue, with incredible food, drinks, unique beautiful rooms, and wonderful staff! We love you Team Wasing. Thanks for making our wedding the best day of our lives!!

An amazing experience at Wasing
Wasing Park and its team hosted an exceptional wedding event, to celebrate us tying the knot, and we couldn't have asked for more from them.
We were first introduced to the venue during lockdown, we weren't able to visit straight away, but fell in love with the beauty and unique character of the entire site.
Both the garden room and the summer house are beautiful, offering multiple locations for a ceremony, and the castle barn is a stunning centrepiece to the day, serving as both a fantastic dining and disco area.
On top of that is the on site accommodation, which boasts a number of unique rooms within the standard accommodation package and even more high quality space if you have more guests wanting to stay. Those who did marveled at the comfortable beds and excellent breakfast the next morning.
Speaking of food, the food service for the wedding reception is spectacular. There are a number of options to suit all tastes, and the standard of service and quality of dishes was impeccable – certainly up to the standard of a high-end, bespoke restaurant service.
We opted for a premium choice – an outstanding beef Wellington – and had several guests clamouring for additional helpings. The starter and dessert courses didn't disappoint either, and were well paired with a generous wine selection available.
The staff were responsive and helpful throughout, effectively anticipating our needs and responding proactively to changes in the ever-volatile British weather, keeping everything running smoothly so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Of particular note on the day were Imogen, and later Jenna, who ran the day for us. The team's service was prompt and turnaround was quick ready for the evening's entertainment.
In all Wasing is every bit the premium experience which you are paying for. The surroundings are peaceful and have some incredible locations for pictures (without anyone having to walk too far in heels), the new covered patio area is a great extension of the space – no doubt of even greater use in the summer months.
We couldn't be happier with the amazing Wasing experience and would highly recommend it.

A honest review
We had our wedding at Wasing Park on December 21st, 2022. However, we were disappointed with the level of organization and overall experience at the venue.
Our first issue was with the food. A year and a half before the wedding, we requested a dish that was not on the menu and received confirmation via email. However, when we asked to ensure the new chef was okay with this dish roughly a year later, we were told it could not be done due to the kitchen size, which had not changed since our deposit was paid.
We ultimately had to compromise and choose something from the menu, and even then we encountered multiple issues with finalizing the menu choices which had been agreed on. on three separate occasions after the second agreement for the menu, Wasing park had attempted to say we could not have the menu we had chosen.
Additionally, the taster event was not until we had to confirm everyone’s menu choice and we were not informed of any issues with the sound system until we encountered the issues ourselves, causing difficulties for our music to played. On the day of the wedding, there was also confusion with the groom's room and no one to escort us upon arrival. Despite these issues, the food service on the day was good and the church service was well organized and professional. We hope that others will take our experience into consideration when choosing a venue.

Amazing Wedding Venue
We can’t praise Wasing Park enough! It was everything we imagined and more. The venue is absolutely beautiful and it’s great to have plenty of accommodation on site. The food was amazing and guests are still talking about it! The setup for the drinks reception and canapés was lovely and all the staff were very helpful. Jenna was great on the day and made it run so smoothly. Would 100% recommend this venue.

My Dream Wedding
The Wasing team are phenomenal, from beginning to end the thought of all the little details and made sure everything went smoothly on the day. The location is stunning and well kept. Our guests were so impressed. Everything is centralised in one area so guests don’t waste timing travelling once they arrive at the venue. We got married at St Nicholas Church which is a stone throw away from the Garden Room where we had our drinks/ canapés and Castle Barn where the wedding breakfast was held. It was lovely having exclusive use of the space as guests were able to move around freely, but still feel a part of the wedding. The food was incredible and went down a treat. They went above and beyond catering for everyone’s needs. if any issues arose, we were none the wiser. Overall, it was just an incredible day and I wouldn’t change a thing. The perfect venue!

The perfect day
This is one of the easiest reviews to write because from start to finish our experience with Wasing Park has been brilliant. From the support we received through our Covid cancellation, to the responsive emails in the build up to the day. From the fabulous team that helped make our day run smoothly to the attention to detail in making our vision come to life, we wouldn't have changed a thing. A special shout out to our wonderful wedding coordinator Jenna. Jenna you made us both feel so relaxed and completely understood our vision for the day. You really are brilliant at your job, and future couples are lucky to have you help organise and execute their wedding.

Excellent Venue, Staff are Great
We got married here on 04/11/2022 and even though it was a winter wedding it was beautiful, we got lucky with the wedding but even if we didnt there is plenty of space indoors or under canopy. I cant recommend this place enough

Fairytale Wedding October 2022
We got married at Wasing Park in late October. We had the most magical day at this venue and we cannot thank the team at Wasing Park enough. Imogen was our event manager on the day and she made everything so easy. We also had a lot of back and forth with tweaks and changes leading up to the day and there wasn't anything which was too much trouble! The food is incredible and we added the martini drinks package on for our guests and everyone loved them. The rooms are all fabulous and it is lovely to have the venue to yourself. All of our guests were bowled over by how beautiful this venue is. We would love to do it all again!

The absolute BEST!
Cannot fault Wasing Park at all. We had the most amazing day. The staff were wonderful throughout the entire planning process and our day. If you want a wedding without regrets, this is the place to get married. Beautiful venue with so much to offer, amazing food, alternative suppliers and rooms for guests to stay.
